We are an independent company, established in 1987 and centred in Hersham, Surrey. The main areas we operate in are: Hersham, Walton-On-Thames, The Moleseys, Weybridge and Esher – but with the coverage now provided by the internet we are also able to cover other outlying areas.

Being independent, we can offer flexible fees and an individual approach to levels of service/management and as such tailor a service to specific to your requirements.

All of our properties are marketed via Rightmove and Zoopla, the two most visited UK property websites, as well as harnessing our local influence and ever-growing database of contacts. 

Presentation is a key element of our service and we look to make sure that our photographs highlight your property in the best possible light – we know that first impressions are vital.

Our web listings feature a detailed floor plan, which helps tenants to 'visualise' the property and our personal service ensures all property viewings are accompanied by a member of our staff at all times.

All tenants are fully referenced and need to demonstrate proof that they can meet all of the upfront expenditures, although once again cases can be assessed on their individual merits.
