Highly recommended - excellent from start to finish. I was acting on behalf of my elderly mother who was downsizing after 47 years in the same house. It was a case of getting her used to the idea of moving and Julian put absolutely no pressure on us with a 5 month wait from when we first approached Castle Wildish until we eventually persuaded my mother that she needed to move. At that point Julian worked around us with all viewings. Although I live 70 miles away, all viewings very much fitted in with our circumstances thus minimising the stress to my mother.
